Domestic cleaning could include dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying bins and cleaning inside windows. In addition you may like to have ironing included and this is all included in the hourly rate.

It is always a worry having a stranger come into your home but we operate a rigorous vetting system. Every cleaner must provide documents confirming their identity together with references and we retain copies of these documents. In addition we must be provided with documentary evidence of the cleaner's right to legally work and we retain copies of these documents as well.
We have found that our customers prefer to have the same cleaning lady every time. To make sure it is someone you can be comfortable with we can arrange for you to meet the cleaner prior to their starting work. By meeting the cleaner you will hopefully get an idea of whether they will be suitable and of course the cleaner can then see what work is involved.
The final step would be to have the cleaner do some work so that you can check and make sure the cleaning is satisfactory. Once the work is satisfactory then the same cleaner would come each time. If at some point you felt a different cleaner would suit you, this can be arranged at any time.
If you need cover due to your normal cleaner being ill or on holiday we can also provide a replacement for as long as your regular cleaner is away.
